Tappi is a gentle, older boy who is incredibly well behaved and would make an incredible pet. He was found as a stray and his owners didnt want him back. He was badly in need of a grooming, had an open wound on his leg, and it was clear he was not being well cared for. Pet Social Worker was happy to give this guy a second chance.
